DIRECTIONS FOR DEPARTMENT OF NEW JERSEY SCHOLARSHIP APPLICATION COMPLETION
STEP 1 – Fill out ALL sections of application
STEP 2 – Include a transcript of grades WITH application
STEP 3 – Write an essay of 250 words or more on a separate sheet of paper on either topic: PATRIOTISM or CITIZENSHIP
STEP 4 – Send to the Scholarship Committee Chairperson by June 1, 2015
