Attached is the April Warrior. This month’s edition is packed full of great information and history, we hope you will enjoy!
If you have not heard already, April 7th, 8th and 9th at Overpeck Park there will be a huge event with a ton of vendors there. The Barker Detachment will be honored on Sunday April 9th from 11am to 6pm. Our Detachment will have a tent set up to bring awareness to the Marine Corps League and hopefully recruit new members and raise funds for the K9s for Warriors Program. Please come out and support our Detachment. Detachment members are requested to wear the short sleeve uniform with black trousers. Any time you can give is appreciated! A special thank you to our JVC Ed Ebel on making the arrangements for our Detachment to be honored!
As a reminder we will not have a business meeting this month as the Bayonne Detachment needs our support at their installation. It is requested that any member of the Marine Corps League attend the installation to support our brother and sister Marines! We will be car pooling down to the installation and will be mustering at the Rochelle Park American Legion Post at 1800 hours.
