I wanted to resend this because the copy I sent to you was a draft that had some corrections crossed out; I am again attaching the document that you need to pass out to all Departments and Units.
Attached is the promised clarification on the new bylaw pertaining to the dues expiration and renewal date of 31 August for all paid members and for new members joining. Please, if you have any questions, direct your questions to J.D. Foster at e-mail address jfoster@MCLeague.org I ask that you disseminate this information down to your Departments and to please make sure they in turn disseminate it down to the Detachment Commandants and Paymasters. If you need further explanation, please contact the Executive Director. This is a must pass on type of information and it MUST be passed down to EACH and EVERY Department and Detachment.
