Marines,
Our YPF event is being held 19 March 2015 at the Rutgers Gym on College Ave in New Brunswick.
In speaking with some of the District Vice’s I know there are some who are interested in volunteering. Please contact me via email if you are so I can get a head count. Your responsibilities will be grading and escorting students from one event to another. There is no manual labor involved.
If you are using GPS put in 44 Sicard Street, New Brunswick NJ 08901. This will place you at the back of the gym where the parking lot is. Do not park in the first 2 rows near the gym as these are reserved.
We ask everyone to meet at the College at 0715 so we can talk to everyone ahead of time. Opening ceremony is at 0800 and the events will kick off soon after.
Uniform of the day is Casual. All we ask is that you wear something Marine Corps (t-shirt, Sweat shirt, polo, etc…..MCL covers are not mandatory.
It is a fun day for all.
