Due to the sequestration, the Quantico band will not be performing at RVCC and not participating in the parade in September. Because of non-military presence at the parade, the DOD regulations in regard to wearing of the blues should be adhered too. I sincerely hope this doesn’t deter anyone from participating in the parade, don’t forget the parade is to honor Marines. So wear your red blazers or white shirts even T-shirts and jeans but make the effort, show your support and attend.
