Delegate pre-registration is $15 and must be in by May 15, 2023. Otherwise $20 at the convention. Room rate for the convention is $139 per night plus taxes and fees. This will include breakfast for 2. Additional breakfasts will be at $10 per person. To get this rate, you must do the following:

Monday Joint Opening Session – MCL Casual Red Blazer uniform (suggested), MCL cover required.
Monday afternoon business session – MCL Undress uniform (suggested) or polo shirt, MCL cover required.
Tuesday business session – MCL Undress uniform (suggested) or polo shirt, MCL cover required.
Wednesday (no business meeting)
Thursday business session – MCL undress uniform (suggested) or polo shirt, MCL cover required.
Friday business session – MCL undress uniform (suggested) or polo shirt, MCL cover required.
Friday Formal Reception / Grand Banquet – (Black Tie) MCL Evening Dress, MCL Formal Dress, or Black Tie (suggested), no MCL covers.
The MCL uniforms stated are the ‘suggested’ uniforms. With exception of the MCL cover, any credentialed member in good standing will not be refused access to the business meetings if they are not wearing the suggested MCL uniform. MCL covers are required for wear during all business meetings of the convention.

Take time out and donate to an extraordinary cause in memory of Chris. Chris, an active member of the L/Cpl Robert J. Slattery Detachment, made two trips to visit the wounded Marines, Sailors and Soldiers at Bethesda prior to being deployed to Iraq. He believed in giving back to those who served.

The 2023 L/Cpl Chris Cosgrove III Golf Outing will be held Thursday, September 14, 2023 at the Picatinny Arsenal Golf Club. Registration begins 10:00 am, Shotgun Start at 11:30 am. Golfer rate of $185 includes golf, lunch, dinner and a shirt. Registrations received on Aug 19th or after may NOT receive a shirt or a size of choice. No registrations will be accepted the day of the event. All golfers must be pre-registered.
Please Be Aware Picatinny Arsenal is a government facility. Every-one must provide a valid photo ID. Please be sure your driver license and registration are current.
