The 2016 Department Convention is fast approaching and reservations are now open for the Saturday Night Banquet.
Attached find the Reservation Form for this event, it is a two page form:
- Front page Is the Reservations Form Complete
- Page two is for you to list the names of all those you are paying for and their food selection
The tables seating’s are being assigned on a first come first served basis per your requested Detachment table.
