Department Convention Deadlines Fast Approaching!

Greetings Marines, Associates, Auxiliary and Dogs of the Order,

 

Just a reminder that we are getting closer to the closing of our fiscal year which will culminate with our Department Convention.

 

I know that we are all busy, and while some of the detachments out there are still preparing for their installations, I want to send out a reminder that it is important to have as much of an all-hands-on support effort as possible.

 

Here are the upcoming deadlines for the convention.

 

Convention Deadlines:

• Convention Ad Book Contract Deadline: April 25, 2025
• Checks to Tony for Sales Tax Free Benefit Deadline: April 25, 2025
• Hotel Room Rate Registration Deadline: April 29, 2025
• Banquet Dinner Registration Deadline: May 1, 2025
• Newsletter Competition Deadline: May 13, 2025
• Delegate Pre-Registration Fee Deadline: May 15, 2025
• Marine/Associate of the Year Award Submission Deadlines: May 20, 2025
• Recruiting Awards Deadline: May 20, 2025
• Annual “Murray J. Sklar” Role Model Award Deadline: May 20, 2025
