Honor Flight of Southern New Jersey began as a community service project for a small group of Special Needs students at Williamstown High School. It quickly grew into a school and community wide project with help from our faculty, students, and staff. Mayor Michael Gabbianelli and the Monroe Township Town Council lent their support. In addition, businesses, Veteran and civic groups from around the area jumped on board.

We are the first Hub of Honor Flight in New Jersey. Our trip last year was the fifth trip affiliated with the national organization to “fly” from New Jersey. We are very proud of the students, citizens, and Veterans from our area who work so hard to make each Honor Flight a success!
We hope you will join us on Saturday, June 4, 2016 as we head down to Washington, DC to visit your memorials! Buses leave from Williamstown High School at 8:00 am and we return that evening at 8:00 pm. Honor Flight is a bus trip to Washington, DC free to all WWII and Korean Veterans! Volunteers (Guardians) accompany our Veterans on each trip ensuring that every Veteran has a safe and memorable experience. Please note that Guardians pay a nominal fee to participate.

WWII AND KOREAN VETERANS – DON’T MISS THE CHANCE TO VISIT YOUR MEMORIALS WITH HONOR FLIGHT, 2016! OUR MISSION IS TO OFFER YOU THE RESPECT AND RECOGNITION YOU DESERVE – YOU ARE NOT FORGOTTEN!
