2024 Department Convention

Delegate pre-registration is $15 and must be in by May 15, 2024. Otherwise $20 at the convention. Room rate for the convention is $145 per night plus taxes and fees. This will include breakfast for 2. Additional breakfasts will be at $10 per person.

ALL HOTEL RESERVATIONS MUST BE MADE PRIOR TO MAY 9th, 2024

To get our group rate, you must do the following:

Make your reservation preferably using the following website link:

• An alternate way of booking a room is to go on the website, place correct dates and use the code: USM under the group rate – group code: https://www.princetoncp.com/
• You can also call the hotel and give them the dates and the group code above.

Check in time is 4:00 PM. Check out time is 11:00 AM.

Hotel Rooms Deadline
The deadline to reserve hotel rooms is May 8th, If you need a room, you must book by this date to get our group rate, The room blocks will be closed on Monday, May 9th.

The Banquet is Saturday, June 1st at 6PM. All reservations must be made by May 15th.
