You’re invited to indulge in the finest corned beef and cabbage St. Patrick’s Day ‘Grab Go’ meal around! Our meals are served family style, perfect for sharing. The delicious menu features tender corned beef, savory cabbage, red potatoes, and a skillet loaf of Pam McNulty’s renowned Irish soda bread.
The family meal serves four and is available for just $75, while a single meal can be yours for only $20.
To place your order, please email [email protected] by March 10 at 6 pm. You’ll receive a confirmation number in response to your order; if you don’t receive one, we unfortunately do not have your order.
Pickup will be at the front door of The American Legion Hall Post #369, located at 65 Oak Street, Oakland, NJ. Simply follow the heating instructions provided and savor a delightful St. Paddy’s Day meal!

The March 2025 meeting will be held in the classroom 1-C and not the auditorium. Go through the double doors and down the hall.
2025 Leadership School
We are pleased to announce that the Department of New Jersey will assemble its 23rd Annual Leadership School to be held on Saturday, 22 March 2025. This year we will be following a new format whereas the course materials are to be downloaded from the Department website prior to attending the class. The materials will be under the Leadership School Tab. It is advisable to bring your laptop/tablet for reference.
The course will be conducted at the NJ National Guard Training Center in Sea Girt, NJ and will begin at 0800 and conclude at approximately 1600.
Our course outlines and curriculum will facilitate a greater understanding and working knowledge for the attendees while covering general and operational aspects of the Marine
Corps League and its members.
It is strongly encouraged and recommended that all newly elected and or appointed officers attend. The deadline for application is Friday, 7 March 2025.
The Cohort will be limited to 40 members. Should an opening become available, accommodations will be made on a first come first served basis.
It is advisable to register early as the class fills up quickly.
The cost is $40.00 and is Non-Refundable upon commitment.
